We use the information about you to help us provide advice and products to you and remind us about any previous interactions we have had with you.
Who we share your information with
The information we record about you will be accessible to all Technology Packaging employees. We also may need to share your basic contact details with a third party supplier or partner who we are working with to provide you with the products and services you are interested in. If you have any concerns about what information has been passed onto to a third party, please ask us.

All data is stored in a CRM database, and only Technology Packaging employees have access to this data. No employee apart from an administrator can export or delete your information.

How long do we keep your information for
We’ll keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Technology Packaging products and services you’re interested in. We may also keep it to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes and enforce our rights. These reasons can vary from one piece of information to the next and depend on the products or services you’re signed up to, so the amount of time we keep your personal information for may vary. In all cases, our need to use your personal information will be reassessed on a regular basis, and information which is no longer required for any purposes will be disposed of.
